First, clean up
Industrial motherboards will have a thick layer of dust after a long time. These dusts are the key to the motherboard problems. Clean the motherboard dust regularly. First, unplug the power supply and then open the case. Do not touch the motherboard first. You should find some large metal objects to remove the static electricity on the motherboard to prevent the tiny electronic components on the motherboard from being burned. Insert the card and memory power plug, remove the fixing screws on the motherboard, take out the motherboard, and use a soft brush to remove dust.
Second, refurbish
The method is better than removing dust, but it is a little annoying and careful. Take out the motherboard and unplug the card, memory bar, battery, radiator, CPU, and remove all that can be removed. Then put the motherboard in pure water and clean it with a brush. Use a dry cloth to absorb the moisture on the motherboard. After the surface is free of moisture, wrap it in paper, preferably in newspaper, and expose it to the sun. The time is about 2~3 hours. Open the newspaper to check if it is completely dry. Note that it must be dry, otherwise it will be affected later. After finishing the work, put it into the case, pay attention to adding some thermal grease when installing the radiator, not too much or too little.
