Should I choose 2GB, 4GB, or 8GB of memory for my Android OPS? Which usage scenarios should I consider?
From the perspective of technical adaptation, the selection of Android OPS memory needs to be combined with load and function judgment: in low-load scenarios (such as a single advertising playback terminal), which only runs media programs and has few background processes, 2GB of memory can meet basic needs and control costs; in medium-load scenarios (such as electronic whiteboards and simple cash register systems), which require multi-program collaboration and moderate data interaction, 4GB of memory can balance performance and cost and avoid application delays; in high-load scenarios (such as guide terminals, medical inquiry machines, and video conferencing equipment), which have multiple concurrent tasks and high memory requirements, 8GB of memory can reduce the frequency of swapping and ensure system stability without crashes.
How to choose HDMI, DP, or VGA interface for the monitor?
First, consider your desired visual quality, then choose the appropriate interface. If you want sound and everyday quality (1080p/2K at 60Hz), choose HDMI. Don't worry about the version; mainstream HDMI 2.0 will suffice. For high refresh rates and high resolutions (2K at 144Hz, 4K at 60Hz, and above), choose DisplayPort. DisplayPort 1.4 and above will easily handle this; avoid HDMI, as it will not produce the desired performance. If your devices are ten years old and only have VGA ports, make do with that. Remember, VGA lacks sound and has a lower quality ceiling, so consider switching to a different port if possible. Also, when choosing a cable, make sure the port matches the device. For example, if your monitor has DisplayPort but your computer only has HDMI, use HDMI; don't force an incompatible port.
